The Sylacauga Parks and Recreation is home to a senior nutrition center. This nutrition center is run through Alabama Department of Senior Services and is a lunch-only meal service provided five days a week (excluding holidays). Seniors age 61+ are invited to apply if they have need. Members of the nutrition program can receive congregate or homebound services, and are asked to participate all five days of the week should their application be approved.
